Parkway Capital Investors, LLC

Parkway Capital Investors, LLC ("Parkway") invests alongside management teams, both funded and independent equity sponsors, and family offices, providing a flexible Junior Capital alternative for middle market companies. Parkway financing will typically take the form of Subordinated or Mezzanine Debt, which can be combined with a Junior Secured Loan and/or an Equity co-investment alongside other shareholders. Parkway can provide hybrid senior/junior structures, as well as senior financing on a bridge basis to facilitate a rapid closing.

Parkway has no institutional investors. Our capital is provided by a family office that has been our investor since our founding in 2000. Unlike other firms, Parkway is not influenced by outside market conditions or fundraising cycles. Our long term stable funding source combined with our ability to recycle capital allows us a high level of flexibility.
